Who are you?
My name is Jake Griggs.
I believe in adventure. Always have. Always will.
As a kid, I spent hours exploring the woods behind my house. Now, I use my fitness to train for at least one adventure a year.
In the past, these adventures looked like solo backpacking through the Scottish Highlands, hiking in Patagonia, climbing Mt. Rainier, and running across the Grand Canyon.
Everyone has at least one defining adventure in them, but far too often, it dies with us. I don’t want that to happen to you, so I started this newsletter.
